I have been using Forest Food products for some months. Their moringa, young barley grass, mushroom blends are all great. Unfortunately, the been pollen sent me to the ER due to allergy that I wasn't aware of. Overall, I love the quality of Forest Food products.

I love love love this bee pollen! 😋 I have some everyday. I put a teaspoon under my tongue and let it dissolve. Because I have been battling Bowel cancer the last couple of years my body has had difficulty absorbing enough nutrients from food. So I started taking bee pollen for its dense nutritional profile and bioactive compounds. I am going to try having it in a drink - after it has been dissolved in cold water for a couple of hours. My research tells me that can be an even better way to take it. Oh and in Germany it’s officially considered a medicine! Bonus is that it’s yummy too - sooooo yummy - too yummy 😂 - a really unique flavour that has grown and grown on me. Very grateful to be able to enjoy bee pollen. Thank you bees ! 🐝 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m not a coffee drinker. And I generally avoid energy drinks, so I can’t speak to any similar lift or jolt of energy. In fact, I may not have realised how good it does if it wasn’t for the reminder to write a review. I take this during the daily circadian low of the afternoon. I put the bulk of the serving under my tongue to melt a bit before consuming it. It’s not sweet, so there’s no impulsivity to grab more. And then I forget about it. Which I see as a plus. Because I also stop noticing my fatigue as an issue through the rest of the afternoon. Shipping, as always, is reliable and fast.

Great product, I used to have them as stems straight in my coffee and found that they kept my energy levels more even and longer lasting throughout the day. I thought the capsules might be an easier way to take them and so far so good.
I love to use this stuff before my workouts. It tastes so good except for a funny after taste but you get used to it. I get more energy throughout my workouts but don’t take it at night because it can keep you awake
