FAQ
Can I take two different products at the same time?
From a general point of view there isn’t any issue mixing different super foods. If you have pre-existing conditions or any concerns we recommend checking with an expert before making changes to your diet.
What's better powder or capsules?
Both products are exactly the same and because we use vegetable capsules they are easily broken down by the body. The only reason to purchase capsules is because you find them more convenient than powder.
What is the recommended dosage?
Information regarding recommended dosage is on the back of each product packaging.
Can children take your products?
Our products are all whole foods not extracts so they are generally safe to consume for everyone. However we always recommend checking with a health care practitioner before making changes to your diet.
Do you offer samples?
Sorry we don’t offer samples as they require a lot of packaging to produce. We do however offer most of our products in small packages of 250g.
How do subscriptions work?

As long as the product is still within its’ shelf life you can return it. Find out more here.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We can assist you with placing your order by calling (03) 9017 4917. Phone is operated between midday to 4pm (Monday – Friday).
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and Afterpay. No other cards are accepted. We can accept bank transfer and phone orders on request.
How do I cancel or suspend my subscription?
You can cancel, suspend or modify your subscription at any time from within your account: /my-account/subscriptions/
I'm having trouble placing my order
Not to worry, fill out the form (right) with your delivery info and what you would like to order and we will create a manual order for you. Alternatively you can try to checkout with a different browser/device.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery within Australia is on us if you spend $100. Otherwise it is just $10 for express delivery within Australia.

Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! All international orders are sent via Express Post for $29 AUD flat rate. International express shipping is FREE if you spend $200 AUD.
How long will delivery take?
We ship super fast because we don’t like our products sitting in the back of hot vans. Delivery to a metro area usually takes 1 – 2 business days. Rural locations can take a bit longer.
How secure is your website? Is my data protected?
Our website is secured using https and your data is 100% safe. We do not keep any credit card information on our servers.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Select your country from the drop down box next to the search icon.
Duties and taxes are not included in the price and may be applicable when your order arrives. We recommend investigating prior to placing an order.
We offer free international shipping when you spend the equivalent of $150 AUD in one transaction.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders within Australia are usually delivered within 3 working days.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
