Grab your ripe avos and meet me back here to whip up an healthier avocado chocolate mousse made with raw cacao that everyone will love.
- 1 Haas avocado, large, very ripe
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch Himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup Forest Super Foods Raw Cacao Powder
Put the avocado, maple syrup, vanilla and salt in a blender. Blend till smooth. Add in the cacao powder, and process again until entirely smooth and creamy
Serve immediately or refrigerate to enjoy later.
Top with cacao nibs, chopped nuts or a sprinkle of our Western Australian Bee Pollen for some extra crunchy.
