Today I want to talk about 5 very simple hacks that you can easily incorporate into your day that you can add more energy to your life right now…
1. Drink a glass of water every hour. Set your alarm.
2. Add one teaspoon of some organic greens to your life.. #forestsuperfoods naked greens would be my suggestion.. it’s honestly like powered energy but more than that it helps your body process the energy better. Double win
3. Go for a walk. Energy begets energy in a weird way. The movement helps your body circulate blood, detox and release good endorphins.
4. Go to sleep with the moon and wake up with the sun. This small action works with your circadian rhythm-making your bodily processes more efficient
5. Stop and breath deeply. Shallow breathing results in reduced oxygen. Deep breathing =more oxygen.
