It’s packed with nutrient-dense super foods, including Black Maca, which was said to be consumed by Incan warriors before going into battle to increase energy and strength.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Forest Super Foods Camu Camu
- 1 tsp Forest Super Foods Black Maca Powder
- 1 tsp Forest Super Foods Ceremonial Cacao Powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 cups coconut milk
- Ice
Method:
Put all ingredients into a blender, and add some honey or maple syrup if desired. Serve over ice.
