Thick, creamy and high in fibre – this easy overnight oats recipe is perfect for prepping at the weekend and enjoying all week long!
All you need is;
1.5 cups oats
1.5 cups milk
0.75 cup greek yoghurt
3 tbs chia seeds
3 tbs maple syrup
0.75 tsp vanilla
Place all ingredients in a large jar, mix and refrigerate overnight. Serve with homemade chia jam and fresh fruit.
