This simple recipe includes our 100% pure ashwagandha root, which has earned its reputation as a powerful adaptogen known for its stress-reducing properties.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk or plant-based alternative
- 2 tbsp Ceremonial Raw Cacao
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp Ashwagandha
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Method:
Heat milk in a saucepan until warm, avoiding boiling.
Whisk in cacao powder until smooth.
Add ashwagandha, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk until well combined.
Simmer for a few minutes without boiling.
Pour into a mug, top with cinnamon or coconut whipped cream if desired, and enjoy your nourishing, decadent adaptogenic hot chocolate.
