Shipping within Australia

All orders within Australia are sent via Express Post and usually arrive within just a few days of ordering. We do not offer a regular post shipping option as we do not want your super foods to spend anymore time in transit than necessary.

Orders are sent “Safe drop” by default. Which means that your order will be left at your premises if safe to do so.

You can provide delivery instructions in the checkout “message” section such as:

  • Leave behind rubbish bins
  • Signature required – NO ATL
  • Take to Post Office if no one is home

Yes we do deliver to PO Boxes at no additional cost.

Shipping within Australia costs just $10 (incl. GST) for express shipping.

If your order is over $100 then you will get it for free!

Tracking info will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it. 

If you do not receive your order within a week of ordering, please contact Australia Post.

Ordered the wrong item?

We get it, sometimes it’s hard to know what’s the right super foods for you. As long as the item is unopened, contact us and we will help you exchange it for something else.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable service as it is your responsibility to ensure the product reaches us.

Received the wrong item?

If we made a mistake we will fix the problem as quickly as we can. Contact us and provide your order number, what you ordered and what you received. 

We will send you the correct item and a prepaid return label for the item you received if:

  • The product has less than 120 days remaining on the best before date
  • If we sent you the wrong item

A prepaid return label is not provided for any other reason.

Need to make a return?

If at any point up until the best before date (generally 18 – 24 months), you feel as though this is not the best quality super foods in Australia you can return it to us for a refund of the unused portion.

We want you to be 100% happy with your super foods and thus we offer this open-ended, guarantee with no strings attached.

If you feel like this product is anything less than the best quality available, please return it for a refund by filling out this return form.

International Shipping

Yes we ship worldwide however all prices on our website are in Australian dollars.

All international orders are sent via Australia Post and usually arrive within a few weeks (express) but can take up to a 4 weeks (if you choose regular shipping). Full tracking is provided once your order is dispatched.

Our prices DO NOT include any applicable customs charges or taxes – these will be your responsibility if your country determines that they are payable. 

Some items that include GST are 10% cheaper for international customers than the listed price (ie: Mushroom capsules, Bee Pollen, etc)

We send out orders every day (except public holidays and weekends).

Delivery time frame depends on your location.

Orders to New Zealand usually take 1 – 2 weeks.

Other locations can take up to 4 weeks depending on the postal service.

International shipping starts at just $12 AUD for international post (limited tracking available) and $19 AUD for express international post (New Zealand only).

The price depends on the quantity of items ordered. Shipping estimate is provided in the checkout.

Worldwide shipping (outside of Australia) is FREE if you spend $200 AUD.

Most Australian orders are delivered within a few working days. If your order hasn’t shown up yet please track your order (it’s most likely awaiting collection at the post office)
