  • How do I change my password?

    Check first to make sure your CAPS lock is not on. If you still need to reset your password you can do so on the login page or by clicking on: reset my password.

  • How do I create an account?

    You can create an account during checkout or by clicking on create an account.

  • What is the recommended dosage?

    On each product page you can see the relevant recommended dosage under 'additional info'. Our packaging also contains dosage information as well as recipe ideas.

  • Do you offer instore pick up?

    We are a purely online business and we do not have the facilities for in store pick up as we do not have a store! We do however offer express shipping and there is no charge if your order is over $85.

  • Do you offer samples?

    We do not offer samples however we do have a no-questions-asked quality guarantee which allows you to return any product with no time limit.

  • How do I incorporate super foods into my diet?

    Each product comes with a recipe on the packaging to get you started. Super Food powders can be mixed in with your favourite juice, smoothie, milk or simply with a glass of water. Some super foods also work great in cooking/baking. Check the product pages and Google for more info.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    All payments are processed securely by PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal as forms of instant payment. If you prefer you can also pay via bank deposit (instructions provided in checkout).

  • Is your website secure?

    Our website is completely secure. We use the latest encryption to ensure no sensitive data is compromised during the checkout process. We also do not store any credit card information on our servers.

  • How do I enter a discount code?

    Discount codes can be entered during checkout or on the cart page.

  • Why did my credit card or PayPal payment fail?

    There are a number of reasons why a payment can fail, the most common is due to insufficient funds. If you are buying from outside Australia check with your bank to ensure there is not a block on international payments. If you still have trouble please choose a different payment option or contact us for assistance.

  • What shipping method do you use?

    We ship all orders within Australia via Star Track couriers. International orders are sent via DHL.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Delivery to metro areas usually takes 2 business days. Delivery to rural areas can take up to 4 business days. If after this time you have not received your order please contact us or check with Startrack on 13 2345.

    International delivery generally takes 2 - 4 business days.

  • What will happen if I am not home when the delivery driver comes?

    If no one is home the driver is instructed to leave the package somewhere secure (if they believe it is safe to do so). For apartments they will generally not leave your order unattended and will instead drop your order at the Post Office for you to collect when convenient. If you track your order through the Star Track website and it says "Signed for PO" it means your order is awaiting collection at the post office.

  • How much is international shipping?

    The price of international shipping differs based on location and weight. Shipping for DHL express starts from $45. Our system will provide an estimate as to how much shipping will cost but please note it may cost more than stated.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order is dispatched we will send you your tracking information the same day. Orders within Australia can be tracked at Startrack.com.au.

  • What is your return policy?

    We are very proud to offer the best quality super foods available. If you feel the product you received is anything less than the best available please return it to us for a full refund. There are no conditions or time limits on returns.

  • How do I return an item?

    To make a return simply contact us and quote your order number and we will assist you to return your purchase. If you could give some feedback as to why you are returning the item that would be most helpful.
