Hello Folks, Your website is one of the best (if not the best) I have used when online shopping. The products are easy (very) to find and their descriptions etc are excellent. I particularly liked the suggested uses pages.

The website is (overall) very easy to use and response time is spot on. The layout and colours you have used are excellent.

The price of delivery was important to me and yours was the cheapest I had seen. It was delivered quickly and the product was beautifully packaged and great quality ( the freebie was a lovely surprise).

Thank you. I was delighted with the contents of my last order. I have not been taking the Tongkat Ali on a daily basis as of yet but I did have a taste as on first sight it seemed to be of much superior quality to other Tongkat Ali I have had before from other sources.

It had a much more benign smell and seemed to me to be much more pure. I’m fairly confident the Tongkat Ali I have had before from the other sources was laced with some other substance so I was happy to see that the Tongkat Ali I purchased from you was actually Tongkat Ali.

The coconut oil was awesome too, thanks for that! I’ve been using it to make a coconut flavoured rice and I love it. I can give more detailed feedback of my experience with the Tongkat Ali after my exams when I get back to working out more regularly again and begin consuming it on a daily basis but I am pretty confident based on my observations of the product itself and my past experience with you guys that it will be fine! I am more than happy to leave feedback as I’ve had such a great experience! I am new to the super food market and spent approximately 4 weeks researching and sourcing what I wanted to buy.

Many websites had a few of the items I wanted, but not one had every single one I wanted to buy. That was until I came across your website! I was immediately attracted to your website as it had a big logo, and straight from the home page I could locate everything- like good feedback, the products, and even where the products are classified into.

Something that really stood out was how detailed the descriptions for every item was. I had known what each item used for, but not one website I had previously come across had a description, a big/clear photo of the product, and all the sizing options set out so easy- I was amazed!

I found every product I wanted for really reasonable prices, and it was all done in one transaction, which, mind you, was delivered super fast and with care! Even though one of the items I ordered had become out of stock after I had placed the order, I was emailed straight away, in a caring and considerate manner that really showed me how great the customer service was! All in all, my experience has been a great one!! Ill definitely be recommending my friends!

Items like spirulina, chia seeds and hemp seeds at the local pharmacy or supermarket, but these items are usually expensive and no bulk sizes are available.

I searched online and found your company and I have been completely satisfied with your services. I expected quite lengthy delivery times being in a rural/remote location, however so far the turn around from payment taken to goods delivered has not exceeded 5 working days.

I find this to be quite efficient, my location considered. I recently ordered from a competitor of yours who took more than 4 weeks to deliver their products to me. Understandably I was extremely frustrated and will not be using them again. It’s nice to know that there are people in the business who work efficiently.

I appreciate the emails I have received from you in communication about the status of my order, and the relevant tracking emails from the courier company.

Thanks for your email. I haven’t received my recent order yet, but purchased them (mesquite and Camu Camu) on the basis of the ‘free’ samples provided with my initial order. I really liked the Mesquite – I use it on my morning muesli. When I ran out of that sample, I tried the Camu Camu. Initially I didn’t really like the taste, but continued to sprinkle it on my morning muesli and have now developed a liking for it!

So my recent purchase was for both of these products. The original order was for Organic Cacao Powder and Organic Coconut Oil (for making paleo chocolate).

The cacao powder has the best flavour, so rich and pure – love it! I’ve used in it many recipes from self-saucing chocolate pudding to chocolate/syrup torte, and of course home-made chocolate. Delicious!

Still to taste the other samples that were provided, so will let you know once tried.
