INGREDIENTS

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1 tablespoon hemp protein powder
  • 1/3 cup soy milk

METHOD

  • Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Choose seasonal organic fruit to top with.
