Recipe: Inflammation Be Gone

This mouth-watering creation utilises the anti-inflammatory benefits of Moringa and blueberries to create a truly delicious morning pick me up.

Simply blend:

1/2 cup blueberries
Handful baby spinach or kale
1 cup Coconut/Almond/Hemp Milk
1/2 cup water or half a cup of ice if you prefer it thick and “slushy” like
2 teaspoons Moringa Powder
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

Serve into two tall glasses and enjoy!
